Infringement Policy

e. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information you provided in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright or trademark owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Counter notification:

If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled because it was mistaken or misidentified, you may send us a counter notification. Please provide the following information:

a. Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location on our site.

b. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number and email address.

c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification.

d. A statement that you submit to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice of infringement.

e. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat infringers:

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Please note that we may provide third parties with copies of your Infringement Notice or Counter-Notification.
